Who’s the Real Dayco?
In August of 2001, Dayco Products sold parts of its Industrial Division to Carlisle Companies, Inc. As the result of this acquisition, Carlisle was licensed to include, for a 5 year period of time only, the Dayco trademark on their packaging. Among the products included in this agreement were the Incredible Max and Ultimax Snowmobile belts. As of August of 2006, the right to use the Dayco name on Carlisle marketed products is no longer permitted.

The fact is that Dayco Products, LLC, has never stopped manufacturing our own line of Dayco branded snowmobile belts for the aftermarket. We worked hard to develop the snowmobile belt technology that made us the industry‘s recognized leader and are committed to retaining this position through our advanced research and development programs. Typical of these advancements in technology are the Dayco HP (High Performance) Snowmobile Belt and the aggressive Dayco HPX (High Performance Extreme) Snowmobile Belt.
